Completely agree with this. I’m 5’4″ and rode 170mm for a long time. With my new road bike, and as someone who spins fast and has knee issues, I switched to 165mm and have never looked back. I can still ride a 170mm and feel ok, but I can get over the top better on a 165 and feel I climb more efficiently.
