Plateaus are a part of sport and no matter what level you find yourself at, we can often find ourselves stuck at a certain level when trying to improve.  In this podcast, Darryl, Victor, and Rob discuss tips and ideas on how to break through plateaus.  In this casual and often times lighthearted round table discussion they discuss the importance of rest, equipment, and goals and how they relate to plateaus.
